  2. Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
  3. Restocking fee: A 5% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
  2. Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the full amount of the item(s) returned, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item(s). N.B Refunds are only issued in the case of defective or missing items.
